payware LLC's Payment Information Exchange Services Agreement for Merchant Accounts states that its Services may be subject to additional terms relating to specific Payment Information Exchange Methods. This agreement sets out those additional terms and conditions for the "payware webPOS Business" (or, in this document, just the "WebPOS") Payment Information Exchange Methods. We call them the "payware Special Terms - webPOS" (or, in this document, just the "Terms").
You cannot use webPOS to exchange payment transaction information unless you first enter into a Payment Information Exchange Services Agreement with payware LLC.
These Terms apply to Business accounts of Merchant type who use webPOS (we call them "Merchants" in these Terms).
These Terms are subject to the Framework Agreement and the Payment Information Exchange Services Agreement for Merchant Accounts. All general provisions regarding intellectual property, restrictions, disclaimers, liability, and amendments are governed by those agreements. In the event of a conflict, those agreements prevail over these Terms.
